Accommodation Cost

The property must be booked for a minimum 3 night stay. The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests in the 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home and includes linen and towels.

The accommodation costs vary according to season. Please check Seacliff House for pricing or call our office on 02 4234 2065 for a quote.

Event Fee

Separate to the accommodation cost, the event fee is calculated on the number of guests:  

0-30 guests:        $2000
31-80 guests:      $3000
81-130 guests:    $4000
130-150 guests:  $4500

Event Fee Includes

The event fee includes the following:

  • Cleaning and maintenance fees
  • Full use of the grounds for your wedding
  • The use of the 2 on site event toilets (additional ones are required for functions above 50  guests).
  • Public Liability insurance up to $20 million
  • Use of property’s power, ie no generator hire is required.
  • Full use of the property for your function.

The event fee does not include the following:

  • Rubbish removal
  • Additional port-a-loo hire
  • Any further hire items such as marquee, bins, lighting and décor.
Other Conditions

All wedding guests (excluding those staying on site in the accommodation) must depart the property by 11pm due to council requirements.

A Bus must be hired to ferry guests to and from the property. A maximum of 10 cars only are permitted on site.
